Why do you write poetry?  Why do you do it on twitter?

Please share.  We want to know.  There are probably as many reasons as there are Laureates.

    Power of writing is all 2, inviting 2 make it rhyme with beat & time, compelled 2 tell & born 2 sell, I’m possessed as you have guessed

    I write because I can.
    I write because what I write, is enjoyed by many others. I’m amazed when others say, “I’m amazed at what you write.” Probably because of another factor; it serves to boost my ego!
